2. The range of products and services that can be purchased You can buy traditional archery equipment and accessories in my web store. Warning: The images shown on the product data sheet may differ from the actual product due to the different colors of the leather in the case of leather products.
3. Ordering information
The displayed products can only be ordered online through the Web Store, delivered by courier to your home or delivered to the package.
The prices shown for the products are VAT-free (subject-free business) and do not include the home delivery fee.
If the operator indicates an incorrect price for the product, despite the care required of him, and the price of the product differs from its generally accepted price, the operator is not obliged to provide the product at the incorrect price, but is obliged to offer the customer the possibility of buying at a reasonable price. If the buyer does not wish to exercise this option, he has the right to withdraw from the contract unilaterally.
There is no extra packing fee. The detailed delivery tariff is part of these terms and conditions, under the menu item Delivery terms.
In our webshop you can browse the Available Products and Services by product categories. In addition to the listed products, you can view a short description, price and other features of each product, without claiming completeness. For more information about the product, click on the product image or name. This will take you to the product page where you can get more detailed information about the product. If you need more detailed information, please contact the operator at the telephone number provided in the operator's data.
Order process
A. You can add the product to the Cart by clicking on the Cart icon.
You can add products to the Cart without logging in and purchase them without registration, but registration is an advantage. If you register, your order history and addresses will be available, for example, and the operator of the site will later have the opportunity to provide a discount to registered regular customers. You can find the registration under the "login" menu item. If you are a registered customer but have forgotten your password, use the Password Login Reminder. If you enter your registered email address here, your password will be emailed to you. You can log in using the Login menu item. Enter your registered email address and password here, then press the enter button. If the login is successful, this window will display your registered email address and an exit button that will allow you to leave the store.
B. You can check and edit the contents of the basket using the Basket menu item. You have the opportunity to view and modify the quantity of the product added to the basket, to choose the most suitable payment and delivery method for you, or to delete the given item. It is also possible to empty the basket completely. If you want to add another product to the cart, select the "continue shopping" button. If everything is OK and you have decided to place an order, you can confirm your order by pressing the Checkout button.
C. Once you have finalized your order, we will send you an automatic confirmation to the email address you provided, which will include your order details. If you do not receive such a letter, your order will not be accepted. In this case, please contact us, as indicated above, using the operator details.
Once your order has been processed, we will send you an Order Completed Confirmation to the email address you provided. The product will only be delivered after that.
You can monitor the progress of your order until the order is closed using the Order Tracking menu item. Here you can also find all your previous orders that you have sent to our Webshop. Each order can be identified by a unique order number.
4. Registration
If you want to make a purchase, you must also provide the information required for the first purchase, such as your name, billing and shipping information, email address, and password to log in later. It is also necessary to accept the registration conditions before finalizing the registration. The registration will be confirmed by e-mail. The buyer is obliged to keep the password provided confidential. If, during the identification, the customer's data has become the property of an unauthorized third party after the correct entry of the customer's unique identifier and password, the Data Controller shall not be liable for any resulting damages or inconveniences. By providing their e-mail address, users consent to the operator / service provider sending them a technical message. The registered data is deleted from the system by the operator upon request. For security reasons, a deletion request will only be valid if the deletion request is confirmed by the user by e-mail, thus preventing someone from intentionally or accidentally deleting something else from the registration database. Registration is identified by the email address, so an email address can only be registered once.
There are no obligations to register.
5. Order processing
Orders are processed on business days from 9 am to 5 pm. It is also possible to place an order outside the dates marked as order processing, but if it is made after the end of working hours, the order will only be processed on the following working day. The deadline for fulfilling the accepted order, 2-3 days from the confirmation for the products in stock. In case the product is not in stock, it will be 1-3 weeks depending on the place of purchase.
6. The method of payment for the ordered product and the home delivery fee
Method of payment for the ordered product
Payment by bank transfer in advance: if we have already confirmed your order, you will find our bank account number and order number in the confirmation e-mail, which must be referenced in the comment / notice section of the transfer. If the transferred amount is credited to our bank account, we will only ship the product with the courier service (you will find our bank account number in the operator data). Payment by credit card is possible for the holders of the following valid and valid bank cards: Acceptable cards must be listed here, e.g. MasterCard, Visa Etc. Delivery by cash on delivery: The product will be delivered by the courier service appointed by us (here is your name) to the address provided by you, where the invoice price of the product or products must be paid to the courier in cash. In case of cash on delivery, the ordered product must be paid to the deliverer in cash upon receipt of the package.
The final amount to be paid includes all costs based on the order summary and confirmation letter. The invoice will be sent to the email address provided and the letter of guarantee is included in the package. Please inspect the package before delivery to the courier, and in the event of any damage or defect in the products, ask for a report and do not accept the package. We are unable to accept subsequent complaints without minutes.

8. Home delivery information
Orders received by our webshop are delivered exclusively by couriers from the GLS courier service. Packages will be delivered on working days from 8 am to 4 pm. As a delivery address, it is advisable to provide an address where the courier can be received continuously at the time of the day and the delivery of the consignment and the delivery fee, as well as the cash on delivery fee, can be ensured for the courier.
Order the desired products only if you can pay the courier for the package upon receipt. In the case of non-received, returned packages, the delivery and return fee will be charged to the customer, and we will not be able to start resending only if the value of the package is paid in advance.

9. Package shipping information
You must immediately indicate the loss, partial loss, damage or destruction of the parcel on delivery on the delivery note. Failure to do so will result in disqualification. In the absence of a document of delivery, you must immediately notify the post office of the damage within a period of time lost to the post office, ie within 3 days of the date of delivery.
10. Right of withdrawal
45/2014 on contracts concluded in absentia. According to the regulation of the Government Decree, the provisions of this section are applicable only in the case of a consumer who qualifies as a consumer. Within 14 working days from the receipt of the ordered product, the consumer may withdraw from the contract without giving reasons and return the ordered, unopened product. If the consumer exercises his right of withdrawal, he is obliged to inform the operator in a clear written statement (by registered mail with return receipt or by e-mail). Upon receipt of the statement of withdrawal, the operator shall confirm it to the consumer immediately. In case of withdrawal by the consumer, he is obliged to return the ordered product to the operator within 14 days from the notification of his statement of withdrawal. The cost of return is borne by the consumer.
If the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal, the operator shall reimburse the consumer for the payments made, including the delivery charge, within 14 days of receipt of the declaration to that effect. An exception to this is if the consumer has chosen a mode of transport which involves additional costs and which is different from normal transport. The service provider does not have to fulfill his obligation to reimburse until he has received back the product provided or until the consumer has received a credible certificate of return of the product. In the event of a discrepancy between the two dates, the operator must take the earlier date into account.
The operator may demand compensation from the consumer for material damage resulting from improper use. Therefore, pay special attention to the intended use of the product, as the consumer will be liable for damages resulting from improper use.
Upon receipt of the package by our company, the unpacking of the package and the examination of the returned product will be recorded with a video camera. This is necessary to avoid possible misunderstandings at a later stage. (for example, that the returned product was damaged or incomplete)
The consumer does not have the right of withdrawal:
in the case of a product, the price of which depends on money market movements and fluctuations that cannot be controlled by the company. in the case of a non-prefabricated product which has been specifically manufactured at the request of the consumer, according to his specific needs, in the case of a product for which the operator responds to an express request from the operator for urgent repair or maintenance work
Attention! It is important to know that if you put the product into use after the purchase, you will have to pay for any depreciation it may cause. The right of withdrawal does not give you a 14-day free use of the product, but the opportunity to visually inspect the product, in the same way as for products purchased in the store.
11. Warranty
151/2003 containing the rules of the mandatory warranty for certain durable consumer goods for certain products marketed by the operator. According to the Government Decree, the consumer has a 1-year warranty period from the date of delivery of the product. The buyer is not entitled to a warranty if the defect occurred after the product was handed over to the consumer. For products not covered by the specified regulation, the warranty period provided by the manufacturer is indicated next to the product. If problems arise, the operator can provide accurate information. In the case of a warranty, the consumer is entitled to repair or replace the defective product free of charge within the warranty period. Warranty repairs cover failures due to manufacturing defects. The warranty conditions are valid in accordance with the conditions in the operating instructions.
In the event of a product failure, you can obtain further information on what to do at the address and telephone number indicated on the warranty letter supplied with the device, as well as at one of our contact details. The cost of delivering the products to the warranty service point is borne by the customer. You can also return the defective device directly to the service point of our web store. Packages sent by post are not taken over by our collection point, they are always returned to the sender! During the repair, only new parts may be installed in the product. The operator must endeavor to make the repair or replacement within XXX days. The costs of the warranty activity are borne by the operator.
In other respects, the warranty is governed by §§ 6.171-173 of the Civil Code.
12. Warranty

13. Handling Complaints
The operator is obliged to keep a record of the complaint, in the place indicated in the data of the operator, and to keep the complaint for five years from the date of collection, together with the response to it. The operator shall investigate the complaint received within 30 days of its receipt and provide a substantive response. If the operator responds to the complaint, he must give reasons in writing. Disputes arising from the contract concluded with the operator may be settled primarily amicably, by agreement between the parties or before the competent consumer protection authority according to the place of residence of the consumer. If these do not lead to a result, the parties remain on the court.
14. Data management
The operator of the web store will keep the personal data provided to it during its use confidential and will not disclose it to any third party, unless it is for its subcontractor. (Ex: courier service), this is required to deliver the order.
While browsing the web store, technical information is recorded for statistical purposes. (IP address, duration of visit, etc.). The operator shall provide this information to the authorities only in legally justified and substantiated cases. You must enable cookies before you can use this service. If you do not want to allow the use of cookies, you can disable them in your browser settings. When cookies are disabled, certain elements of the service may be used only in part or not at all.
